Loreux Capital Imaging Inc. ("Loreux," "LCI," "we," or "us") provides digital branding services including, but not limited to, AI-enhanced photography, brand kits, strategy documentation, visual zines, and curated image drops. All deliverables are distributed digitally and are intended exclusively for creative and branding purposes.
By accessing or purchasing from Loreux Capital Imaging Inc., you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in contracts within your jurisdiction. We do not offer services to minors under any circumstance.

No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the customized and digital nature of our deliverables, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. All content is considered accepted and complete upon delivery. -
Use Restrictions
Clients may not redistribute, resell, or use Loreux-generated visuals to train AI models, software systems, or derivative tools unless explicitly licensed in writing by LCI. Unauthorized use will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action. -
Content Nature
Some visual content may include stylized or body-centric imagery, intended for brand identity or private promotional use. Loreux does not produce explicit content and does not engage in or support any form of illegal service. All imagery is created and distributed under editorial, artistic, or personal branding usage clauses. -
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Loreux Capital Imaging Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest—including copyright and intellectual property rights—to any and all visuals, graphics, layouts, and zines produced. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or brand-specific promotional use only. -
Disclaimer of Results
Loreux makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, viewer engagement, or brand growth resulting from the use of our imagery or content. Clients are solely responsible for how delivered content is used and interpreted in their respective industries.
