By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or submitting any content to Loreux, you agree to the practices outlined below, along with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal and business information only when necessary to deliver your digital content or verify client eligibility. This may include:

• Full name, email address, and contact information

• Uploaded reference images (for AI-based visuals)

• Government-issued ID (for age verification – we only service clients 18+)

• Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal)

• Brand preferences or creative direction notes

• IP address, browser type, and usage logs (for analytics and security)

Your government ID is collected solely for legal compliance and client eligibility verification, as our services are only provided to clients that are 18 and older.  It is stored securely, never shared, and purged after verification unless otherwise required by law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and deliver customized digital content

• Communicate project updates and deliverables

• Process payments and manage billing

• Improve user experience on our site

• Ensure compliance with our internal security systems

Your reference photos are used exclusively for your AI-enhanced project. They are not resold, redistributed, or used for any other client unless explicitly licensed in writing.

3. Data Privacy & Storage

All uploaded files and customer data are stored securely on private servers and are encrypted where applicable. Access is restricted to authorized Loreux personnel.

All custom image sets and brand files are deleted from our internal servers within 30 days of delivery, unless you opt into long-term cloud archiving (coming soon).

4. No Refunds Policy

All Loreux purchases are final. We do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product. Once a deliverable is sent, you retain full personal use rights as outlined in our Terms of Service.

5. Content Ownership & Usage

Loreux Capital Imaging Inc. retains all intellectual property rights to generated image templates, visual layouts, branded assets, and editorial compositions—unless otherwise licensed.

Clients may use the delivered content for personal branding, income-generating activities, or digital promotion. Resale, redistribution, or AI-training of Loreux visuals is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytical tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand website behavior and improve our platform experience. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Confidentiality

All behind-the-scenes workflows, prompts, systems, and visual engineering strategies remain confidential and proprietary to Loreux Capital Imaging Inc. Users and models are prohibited from disclosing these systems to third parties.

8. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors or email platforms) who assist in delivering our services under strict confidentiality.

9. User Rights

You may request:

• Access to your stored personal data

• Corrections or updates to inaccurate information

• Deletion of your files from our system (subject to project completion and contractual terms)
