Refund Policy
Effective April 11, 2025
Because every Loreux image set, brand kit, and digital product is custom-created and delivered on demand, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once assets have been delivered. This includes AI-enhanced visuals, publishing content, and digital branding kits.
Why?
At Loreux, we treat every order as a high-end creative commission—built uniquely for you. From prompt engineering to aesthetic refinement, our process is tailored, not templated.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

- Changing your mind after purchase

- Personal aesthetic preferences

- Brand direction shifts after delivery

- Misuse or misinterpretation of content after download

If you believe there is a technical error in your delivery (e.g. broken file, missing content), contact support@loreux.com within 3 business days of receipt. We’ll make it right if something was missed or corrupted during transfer.
By purchasing from Loreux Capital Imaging Inc., you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Every image we deliver is built to elevate. Treat it like capital.
